BRYN ATHYN, Pa. – The Bryn Athyn College men's lacrosse team is going back on the road after a four-game home stand to take on host Hilbert a North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) match on Saturday, April 7 at 1 p.m. in Eden, N.Y.

LAST TIME OUT
The Lions were defeated by Morrisville State 11-9 as the Mustangs scored the only three goals of the fourth quarter. Jon Carr had five of the nine Bryn Athyn goals, two on the man advantage. Cameron Leech dished out six assists and scored a goal.

Hilbert won for the first time in its last three matches with a 5-4 victory over SUNY Poly. Edward Mathias scored the eventual match-winning goal with 9:37 left in the match. Joshua Schindler had two goals.

SERIES HISTORY
The Lions have won the last two meetings with the Hawks to lead the all-time series 2-1. Last season Bryn Athyn was a 14-7 winner over Hilbert on General Ronald K. Nelson Field. The Lions are 1-0 in New York against the Hawks.

SCOUTING THE LIONS
The Lions (2-6, 1-1 NEAC) are looking for their first road win of the season. In their first two road matches, the Lions averaged 6.50 goals while allowing 11.50 goals. Bryn Athyn went 9-for-43 on faceoffs.

After his six-assist performance against Morrisville State, Cameron Leech jumped up to third in Division III with 3.50 assists per game and seventh with 5.63 points per game. He leads the NEAC with 45 points and 28 assists and is ninth with 17 goals.

Jon Carr took over the team lead in scoring with 22 goals, which is second in the conference. Carr has 27 points to rank third in the league. He has 13 points in the last three matches.

Nolan Frame is third in the NEAC with 20 goals. Five of his goals have come a man-up, which place him second in the conference.

Bryn Athyn is second in the NEAC with 12 man-up goals and a conversion percent of 38.7 percent. The Lions have a man-up goal in every match except SUNY Cobleskill because the Fighting Tigers didn't take a penalty.

Alex Hyatt is seventh in the NEAC with 11 caused turnovers.

Brad DePasquale made 11 saves against Morrisville State, his fifth 10+-save performance of the year. He is second in the NEAC with 85 saves.

SCOUTING HILBERT
Hilbert (3-4, 1-1 NEAC) is one of the top defensive teams in the NEAC. The Hawks lead the conference in caused turnovers (71) and clear percentage (85.1) and second in goals against average (7.10), goals allowed (50) and save percentage (59.7). Only one opponent has scored at least 10 times on the Hawks this season.

Tyler Balsavage is the NEAC leader with 20 caused turnovers, 14 in the last four matches, and is adding 36 ground balls, nine in the win over SUNY Poly. He sits fifth in the NEAC in ground balls.

Austin Good has 15 caused turnovers, which is fourth in the conference.

Offensively, Hilbert is sixth in the NEAC with 8.86 goals per game. The Hawks have scored at least 10 goals in a match just once this season, 26 in a 26-1 over La Roche on March 24.

James Duffy is the leader of the Hilbert offense with 15 goals and 11 assists, both team highs. Duffy—11th in the NEAC in goals—didn't register a goal for the first time this season in Hilbert's last match.

Edward Mathias is adding 12 goals and nine assists.
