GANSEVOORT, N.Y. – The North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) has announced its Student-Athlete of the Week selections in men's lacrosse for the period running from Monday, April 18 through Sunday, April 24.
Ryan Landels has been chosen as the NEAC Men’s Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week after a terrific week for Bryn Athyn. The senior led the Lions to a pair of conference wins behind 14 points on nine goals and five assists on the week. His nine goals came on 13 shots and 12 shots on goal for a 69.2 shot percentage and a 92.3 shots-on-goal percentage. Landels scored six of those goals on six shots on goal while adding two assists in a 19-4 win over SUNY Cobleskill Friday, before tallying three goals and three assists to go along with three caused turnovers and a ground ball in an 11-4 win over SUNY Poly Sunday. Landels is now second in the NEAC in goals (34) and also tied for third in points (52) for the Lions, who are now 5-2 in the NEAC and 9-3 overall.
