Jordan Roth led the Lions with three goals and two assits. Ray Norfo, Charlie Livens, Dustin Synnestvedt had a goal and assist each. Danny Triesler notched in one goal.
Bryn Athyn took control of the first period by putting in two goals scored by Triesler and Roth. Lehigh notched one goal before the period was done to cut down the Lion lead to one.
Ten seconds into the second period, the Mountain Hawks scored a goal to tie the game 3-3. Four minutes later, Leigh would score again to take their first lead of the game. At 13:34, Roth put in a goal from Norfo to tie the game at 3-3. Mountain Hawks scored two goals, a minute apart, to take a two-goal lead. Goals from Norfo and Roth tied the game at 5-5 with three minutes left in the second period. Lehigh would score two goals before heading into the break to take a 7-5 lead.
A minute into the third period, Lehigh scored to take a three goal lead on the Lions. 40 seconds later, goal from Livens chipped away at the Mountain Hawks lead. With 1:18 left in the third, Synnestvedt scored to bring the Lions closer to the Mountains Hawks, but it would not be enough.
