BRYN ATHYN, Pa. – The Bryn Athyn College men's basketball team begins its final push to make the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) Tournament when the Lions travel to Keystone for a conference battle on Saturday afternoon.
- The Lions have four games remaining, all against CSAC competition. Bryn Athyn is currently sitting in fifth in the conference and will take on the teams in positions second, third, fourth, and sixth in the standings. The Lions are a half-game behind Rosemont for the fourth and final position in the CSAC Tournament.
- In Bryn Athyn's win over Valley Forge on Jan. 30, the Lions had a season-high 11 players put their name into the scoring column. It was the second time in the last three games that the Lions had 11 players score at least one point. Bryn Athyn has had five instances this season with at least 10 players scoring in a single game. The Lions are 2-3 in those games.
- As a team, the Lions have made at least 10 3-pointers in straight games for the first time in program history, going 2-1 in those games. Bryn Athyn is third in the CSAC with 8.1 made 3-pointers per game and with 162 made 3-pointers and fifth in 3-point shooting at 32.5 percent. Larry Stevenson III leads the league with 51 made 3-pointers.
- Rahim Washington is ranked fourth in the CSAC with 17.8 points per game in conference play, third with 1.9 steals per game, and eighth with 3.0 assists per game. During the season, Washington had 15.1 points per game, 2.5 assists per game, and 1.5 steals per game.
- Bryn Athyn is making its first-ever trip to Keystone. The teams met for the first time on Dec. 1, 2018 with Bryn Athyn earning a 79-74 victory in Asplundh Field House.
