2021 Women's Soccer Preview

The fifth season of Bryn Athyn women's soccer is slated to begin tomorrow, as the Lions are set to host Albright College for a 7:30 pm kick off. The season will be welcomed with open arms after 2-2020 was canceled due to the global pandemic. The team has a good mix of returners, transfers, and first years ready to build into the Lion legacy.

Last time we saw Bryn Athyn Soccer was in 2019. The Lions posted a 4-7-3 record and narrowly msised out on a CSAC playoff berth. The Lions have strong senior leadership led by captains, Payton Gormley, Paulina Storck, Ashley Rivera, and Tori Titano.

What the Coach says: "We are so excited for our upcoming season. I feel like we put together a competitive non conference schedule to get us ready for CSAC conference play," Coach O'Neill said. "High expectations were set for us when the coaches in the CSAC voted us in a tie for 3rd in the pre season poll. We have a great mix of seniors, transfers and freshmen that have worked really well together in pre season under the guidance of our captains Payton Gormley, Ashley Rivera, Paulina Storck and Tori Titano. As long as we stay healthy and we stay cohesive as a group, this team can make a great run into the CSAC playoffs".
