"We put together a challenging schedule for our first year of traditional play. I thought the 2021 exhibition season was really helpful for us. It allowed us to really measure where we were at and where we wanted to go. We have a good balance in our non-conference schedule with four really solid local programs who consistently compete in their respective leagues in Del Val, Neumann, Penn State Abington, and Gwynedd Mercy ," Coach Sean Westerlund continued. "The other five nonconference games allows us to play teams we would not normally get to see and provide us with unique opportunities to get better. The Juniata tournament is a loaded field. I look forward to welcoming my twin brother and his Great Lakes program to the Philadelphia area in early February. Their team is as talented of team that we will face all year. It is obviously a great opportunity and a lot of fun to take on a Division I opponent in UMES. Our nonconference schedule was put together to help prepare us compete in the CSAC, which in my opinion is improved, but there is room for us to take a step forward. I am excited to see us rise to the occasion and raise the bar for our program."
The CSAC Playoffs are set to begin February 21, 2022.
