What the Coach said - "Our team showed a ton of guts and toughness to go on the road back to back days and get 2 wins," Coach Travis Ponton said. "We were a little short-handed, even for a COVID year, but we played our game and forced tempo, following our blueprint to win games. I loved the way we defended and forced turnovers all weekend, and we are starting to turn those opportunities into points on the other end. It’s a great step in the right direction for us as we head into the final week of this schedule."
What's next - The Lions will close out their 2021 season with a road trip to Washington College on March 19 and 20. Games are set tip of at 5 PM.
