Assistant captain Triesler stated "I was excited to have my first hat-trick. Not just me, but the rest of the team knows that persistence is key at this point for the success of the rest of our season. And if we play like we did tonight for the duration of our games, we will have no problem placing up top in our division."
Coach Puscian expressed "I am more satisfied with the zero goals against than the goals we scored. The guys showed discipline in our own zone and patience throughout the game. Bartalini recorded the 1st shutout of the season and of my tenure as coach. We need to take this momentum into next weekend as we face rival Rowan University."
The Lions return to the ice Friday, January 20th against Rowan University. The game is slated for 8:00pm.
