BRYN ATHYN, Pa. – The Bryn Athyn College women's lacrosse team wraps up its season-long five-match home stand with a North East Athletic Conference (NEAC) match against Penn State Abington on Friday, March 30 at 3:30 p.m. on General Ronald K. Nelson Field.

LAST TIME OUT
Bryn Athyn (3-1, 1-1 NEAC) picked up its first conference win of the season with a 15-3 triumph over Wells on March 25. Bri Lennox scored six times, while Tina Tu, Laura Clymer, Sarah Smith, and Sabrina Colbridge all had two goals.

Penn State Abington (0-7, 0-2 NEAC) was defeated by Keuka 18-15 on March 25. Melissa Felicetti recorded a team-high six goals.

SERIES HISTORY
Bryn Athyn is 1-2 all-time against Penn State Abington. The Lions won the first showdown between the team, 9-5 in 2015, but the Nittany Lions posted victories in the last two matches, including a 20-7 win last season in Abington

SCOUTING BRYN ATHYN
Bryn Athyn leads the NEAC with 4.75 goals allowed per game. The Lions have given up five or fewer goals in three of their four matches. Bryn Athyn is third in the league with 71 caused turnovers.

Gianna Ciacciarelli was tabbed as the most recent NEAC defensive player of the week on March 26. She had eight caused turnovers and six ground balls in the two matches last week. Ciacciarelli is 13th in the conference with nine caused turnovers.

Anja Weisser has the second-best goals against average (4.75) and save percentage (55.8) in the NEAC. Weisser, who has 24 saves this season, made a season-high eight stops against Keuka.

After posting six goals in the win over Wells, Bri Lennox is 13th in the NEAC with a team-best 14 goals.

Sabrina Colbridge has at least one goal, a caused turnover, and two ground balls in all four matches. Colbridge is fourth in the conference in assists (8) and fifth in caused turnovers (12).

Tina Tu has scored in each of the last three matches. She has four goals this season.

SCOUTING THE NITTANY LIONS
The Nittany Lion offense is ranked 10th in the NEAC with 6.71 goals per game. Penn State Abington has found its offense in the last three matches, scoring 39 times after scoring just eight goals in the first four matches. The Nittany Lions are averaging 12.5 goals against the conference.

Penn State Abington is led in scoring by the Felicetti sisters, Melissa and Allison. Melissa Felicetti is 10th in the NEAC with 16 goals, 15 coming in the last three matches. She had a season-high six goals in the loss to Keuka. Allison Felicetti sits 13th in the conference with 13 goals. She has nine goals in the last three matches, four coming against Keuka.

Jillian Stokes leads the defensive effort with 10 caused turnovers and 23 ground balls. Stokes is ranked third in the NEAC in ground balls and ninth in caused turnovers. She has a caused turnover in all seven Nittany Lion matches this season.

In goal, Lindsey Detweiler has played all 420 minutes and is second in the NEAC with 48 saves. Detweiler has at least 10 saves in two matches.
