Pittsburgh, PA. – The Bryn Athyn College men's ice hockey team fell to Robert Morris, 5-4 in non-conference action Friday night on the road.

Terrence Johnson led the Lions with one goal and three assists.  Scott Witmyer scored one goal and one assist.  Jayson Marbach and Travis McCurdy scored one goal a piece. Antony Asterino notched two assists. 

Johnson put the Lions on the board first, off a pass from Ben Silvers and Paul Napierkowski at 7:11 in the first period.  The Colonials tied the game with three minutes left in the first period, off a power play.  Witmyer helped the Lions retake the lead with 1:30 left in the period on a power play, off a hooking penalty by Robert Morris.

With the Colonials back in the penalty box for roughing, McCurdy scored off a pass from Asternio and Johson to extend their lead, 3-1.  Robert Morris chipped away at the Bryn Athyn lead, 3-2 at the 16:44 mark of the second period. The Lions answered with a goal of their own by Marbach, to rebuild their lead.  With less than two minutes in the second period, the Colonials scored to go into the third period with the Lions leading 4-3. 

Robert Morris tied the game at 4-4, 1:23 into the third period.  The Lions changed goalies, but wasn't enough to hold off the Colonials. Robert Morris scored to win the game, 5-4 at their home ice. 

Graham Lermitte made 27 saves in net for 55 minutes.  Steve Altman finished the game making four saves.
